This is the ticketing system for BYU Computer Science technical support only. If you have issues with CS computers, servers, or network, please submit a ticket. This is not a way to reach CS faculty or BYU general technical support.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Note: Tickets awaiting a response from the submitter for 5 days or longer will be closed.
